if tony lopez ( homedale sign guy) tired to give the sign back to daryl crandall then tony is admitting that the sign did not belong to him, therefore he has not right to destroy it. as for tony stating that the Homedale police department was campaining, prove it so it can be dealt with, but with very littel investaigation it was found that it was not the homedale police department, but deputies from the owyhee county sheriffs office that were strong arming people into signing the petition for their current boss, one lady even stated that she was told just to sign the petition and not to worry about it.

i agree that tony has every right to dispaly his own sign with his own message and doing it the right way.

this was nothing more than a campain tactic, and it was very sucessful
